Shayna Gladstone is a global organizer, transformational facilitator, sustainable land steward and co-founder of Earth Journeys and NuMundo, both organizations promoting personal and planetary transformation. Shayna is trained in Joanna Macy’s “Work that Reconnects”, has a Permaculture Design Certification and has been working with clients for years to help them activate their impactful dreams. She has considered nature as her temple since she was a child and has always had a deep connection the earth. While being a digital nomad growing NuMundo, she and Bryan worked at ecovillages and sustainable living projects all throughout Central and South America. Shayna’s presence is inspiring and her ability to ignite passion in others is remarkable.
Bryan Arturo is a community organizer and highly adaptable facilitator who is also a land steward. Supporting proven solutions to restore water to drought-stricken California and healing land through integrated animal systems energizes Bryan daily as a certified permaculteralist. He has facilitated retreats & socially impactful gatherings from Chile to Costa Rica to California, supporting grassroots movements as his primary objective. Bryan co-founded Earth Journeys and supported NuMundo‘s global impact center database since it’s inception. Bryan’s bursting love and laughter is no joke.
